Your data protection is our concern

We are delighted that you are interested in our company and our products and/or services and we would like you to feel safe when visiting our web pages, also as regards the protection of your personal data, as we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Observing the regulations contained in the Federal Data Protection Act is a foregone conclusion for us.

We would like you to know when we collect data and how we use it. We have taken technical and organ-isational steps that ensure that the regulations concerning data protection are complied with both by us and by external service providers.

Personal data

Personal data provides information on your identity. This includes for example data such as your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address. You do not need to disclose personal data when using our website. In certain cases however we need your name and your address as well as other data so that we can provide the requested services.

The same applies for example when sending information material and ordered goods or when answering individual questions. When this is required, we will point this out to you accordingly. Furthermore, we only store and process data that you have provided us with voluntarily or automatically.

If you make use of the services, then, as a rule, only such data is collected that we need to provide the services. If we ask you for more extensive information, this will be voluntary information. Personal data is only processed so that we can provide the requested service and to safeguard our own legitimate busi-ness interests.

Intended use of the personal data

We generally use the personal data provided by you so that we can answer your queries, process your orders or provide you with access to certain information or offers. In order to look after customer relations, we or a service company appointed by us may need to use this personal data so that we can let you know about product offers which are useful for your business activities. We may also need to use this personal data so that we can conduct online surveys in order to deal with the tasks of our customers and meet their requirements more efficiently.

Obviously we respect the fact that you may not wish us to have your personal data to support our cus-tomer relations (particularly for direct marketing or for market research purposes). We will not sell your personal data to third parties nor will we market it in any other way.

Ear-marked use

We will only collect, process and use the personal data provided by you online for the purposes as stated to you. We will not pass on your personal data to third parties without your express approval.
Collecting personal data and passing it on to state institutions and authorities that are entitled to receive information will only be done within the context of the relevant laws or if we are obliged to do so because of a judicial ruling. We place our employees and the service companies appointed by us under an obliga-tion to maintain secrecy and to comply with the regulations contained in the Federal Data Protection Act.

Data protection declaration for the use of GOOGLE ANALYTICS

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "Cookies", text files which are stored on your computer in order to analyse your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie regarding your use of this website is as a rule trans-ferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In the event that IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will however be truncated beforehand by Google within the Member States of the European Union or within other contracting states covered by the Agreement on the European Eco-nomic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information in order to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities and to provide website operators with other services relating to website and internet usage. The IP address that your browser transmits within the context of Google Analytics will not be merged with any other data held by Google.
