#OLYMPFORKIDS

We want to help where help is needed

During the Corona crisis, children and young people in particular require our increased attention and support. Due to the current restrictions on leaving the home and contact with others, educational and social support for young people who require help is needed more than ever.

That’s why OLYMP is launching the “OLYMP for Kids” fundraising campaign in support of the OLYMP-Bezner-Stiftung, a charitable foundation based in Germany which has been involved in humanitarian aid projects for children and young people around the world since 2008.

From 29 April to 3 May 2020, OLYMP is donating 10% of its online sales* to the OLYMP-Bezner-Stiftung.

This donation will benefit the children of the “BIKASH” aid project in Bangladesh and the Pestalozzi Children’s and Adolescent’s Village in Wahlwies on Lake Constance.  So as to be able to continue to offer needy children educational support and the necessary attention and feeling of security in times like these. Further information about these projects can be found here:

The OLYMP-BEZNER-STIFTUNG

Our Foundation has been supporting humanitarian aid projects for children and young people worldwide since 2008.  The OLYMP-BEZNER-STIFTUNG has helped many young people to a better life – or simply helped them to laugh again.

The “BIKASH” in Bangladesh

“Bikash” means “to bloom” or “to prosper” in the Bengali national language. In the school of the same name in Bangladesh, poor, disabled and underprivileged children are assisted.

Pestalozzi Children’s and Adolescent’s Village in Wahlwies on Lake Constance

Here, around 140 children in need – who are no longer able to live with their biological parents due to experiences of violence or severe neglect – can find a safe place. Here, children can experience the attention and feeling of security they need.
