In the following we answer the most important questions in the current situation:

Yes, our OLYMP.COM online shop will continue to be available to you as usual.

Our customer service will continue to do its best to deal with your concerns as quickly as possible. However, due to the current situation, this may take a little longer than you are used to. Many thanks for your understanding.

There are currently no logistical restrictions in terms of deliveries. Our sales markets (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France and Austria) will be supplied as usual.

We are currently not aware of any delays in delivery.

According to the German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR), the risk of transmission from surfaces with recent virus contamination cannot be completely excluded. However, due to the relatively low stability of the coronavirus in the environment, this is only likely to last for a short period of time after contamination. In the case of items requiring a signature, such as registered letters or parcels, the delivery agents are largely doing away with the requirement for the customer's signature. They are now documenting delivery of the item themselves, thereby minimising personal contact as well as contact with hand scanners and pens. Alternatively, a desired delivery location for contactless drop-off can be agreed with the delivery agent.
