Your look – our responsibility

OLYMP redefines quality. Because we care about the people behind our products, we design the entire manufacturing process to be responsible and carefully considered. Our materials and production processes are independently tested and certified by trusted partners – for your peace of mind.

The result: fashion that looks great and performs wherever your day takes you.

For people. For your peace of mind.

There are many people behind every OLYMP product, and we take responsibility for all of them. Since January 2021, OLYMP has been working with the Fair Wear Foundation, a global organisation helping brands to make the textile industry fairer. Members commit to clear social standards and responsible purchasing practices. Each year, OLYMP’s efforts are reviewed in the Brand Performance Check, and we have consistently received a “good” rating. So you can shop with confidence, knowing your purchase supports a company actively working to improve working conditions in its production countries.

More about Fair Wear
Peace of mind at a glance
OLYMP delivers a look you can rely on throughout the day – natural, confident, and right for every situation. That confidence is built on trust: in the fit and easy care, but also in the materials we use and where they come from. We take responsibility for social and environmental aspects throughout the entire production process and have this independently certified. All key information about your product can be found directly on the garment – and, of course, online in the shop on the product page.
GOTS-certified organic natural fibres
The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) sets strict requirements for environmentally and socially responsible production across all stages of the textile supply chain. These range from the ban on genetically modified raw materials and restrictions on the use of chemicals and dyes, to requirements for ingredients and production processes, as well as strict residue limits and quality parameters.
Organic cotton certified to OCS
The Organic Content Standard (OCS) enables the precise verification of the proportion of organic fibres in a finished product. Depending on this share, OCS-Certified products carry either the OCS 100 or OCS Blended label. Organic fibres are grown according to strict ecological criteria. For example, the use of genetically modified seeds in organic cotton is prohibited, as is the use of synthetic pesticides and fertilizers.
Certified animal fibres according to RWS
The Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) ensures that the wool used comes from farms that respect animal welfare and practise responsible land management. Mulesing is excluded. For labelled products, the entire wool fibre content is sourced from sheep kept under appropriate conditions. Compliance is regularly audited by independent certification bodies.
Recycled materials certified to RCS
The Recycled Claim Standard (RCS) defines criteria for certifying products made with recycled materials and ensuring their traceability. OLYMP products carry either the RCS 100 label, with at least 95% recycled fibres, or the RCS Blended label, with up to 94% recycled fibres.
OEKO-TEX® MADE IN GREEN certified production
The OEKO-TEX® MADE IN GREEN product label identifies textiles that have been manufactured under environmentally and socially responsible conditions. From yarn to finished product, production takes place in more environmentally friendly facilities and in safe, socially responsible workplaces (certified by OEKO-TEX® STeP). At the same time, the label confirms that the textile is made from materials tested for harmful substances, as guaranteed by a valid OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification.
