OLYMP Bezner KG from Bietigheim-Bissingen (district of Ludwigsburg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany) is a new member of the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF). Partnering with this organisation will enable the fashion house to strengthen its long-term commitment to improving working conditions and creating greater transparency in the textile supply chain. Therefore, from now on OLYMP will also disclose all of its global manufacturing partners on its website.

As part of its far-reaching commitment to sustainability, OLYMP Bezner KG endeavours to keep its greenhouse gas emissions at its headquarters in Bietigheim-Bissingen (Ludwigs-burg district, Baden-Württemberg, Germany) as low as possible and to fully compensate for the emissions it unavoidably produces. As a result, the fashion manufacturer will again achieve absolute climate neutrality at its home base in 2019/2020 – with its administrative offices and logistics centre – and is thereby making an active contribution to environmental and climate protection.

Trade magazine confirms that OLYMP is once again the top shirt brand in 2020

 

OLYMP Bezner KG based in Bietigheim-Bissingen (in the district of Ludwigsburg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany) has once again secured the top position in the “HEMDEN” image analysis of the shirts sector carried out by the German trade magazine TextilWirtschaft. Amongst all competitor brands, OLYMP has been confirmed by the purchasing managers in specialist menswear stores and the large-scale retailers as the leading shirt brand in Germany in this 2020 survey. This study, which is carried out at regular intervals for the different segments, has for decades been an important indicator for the clothing sector.
